How To Make A Profit From Goodwill Furniture
Can you use some extra cash this Summer? Would you like to earn extra cash without having to get a second job? With all the baby showers, graduation parties, and birthday parties coming up I really have to plan for the money I am about to spend. So there's not a time that I can say no to the above questions. I can show you how I made an extra $100 in just under 2 weeks.
You might be asking, why are you sharing this with us, I will tell you why, there is room for everyone to make money and have fun doing it too! In fact, where I go treasure hunting may not be where you go treasure hunting and you may find even more fabulous items that you can turn for a profit.
I want to encourage those single moms, college students, or dad's that are in need of a few extra dollars this summer to put away $10 that you can invest like I did. If you put a little effort into what I am sharing with you today, you can do this too!

It is free information that I am now sharing with no obligation to you!πππ
I wont get into "how to paint tutorials" right now as you can find lots of them online and will share what I have archived over the past two years soon. So, lets get straight to it......
You See This Mirror?
You See This Mirror?
I found this imperial style antique mirror at the Goodwill for $10.00, it wasn't very big but it was not small either. But it was in very good condition. ***Rule of thumb, stray away from furniture you are not willing to place in your home. If you half way like it so will everyone else. So be sure you really really like it!***
I picked it up to inspect it and immediately thought of those sweet days in a small home or apartment, so cozy and easy to dress up! I knew it would be so pretty painted and perfect in any space. So I took it home because I could imagine it in my homeπ. I gave it a good cleaning, paint, and top coat. I really enjoyed painting it!❤️
I originally wanted $30 for my painted mirror and could have easily stuck to my guns to get what I was asking for (I always recommend to stick your guns for more profit because your time is worth it). But, I wanted to turn my profit sooner than later. So I sold it for $25 one week later.
I took my $25 to the Goodwill and saw a set of 3 pieces that included a coffee table (it sat really low) and two end table that were perfect all for $49.99! Because the coffee table sat so low I knew it would just sit in my garage and collect dust. So I asked the manager if she would consider separating the pieces and sell me just the end tables. The manager stared at the 3 pieces while deep in thought π° and it seemed like an eternity to wait for her response.
After what seemed like an hour, she looked at me and said I will sell both end tables for $24.99
BAM!
YES!!!
That was much less than what I was prepared to offer! Sign me up Coach! I'll take it! Load'em up! Woohoo! Woohoo!!πππ
We loaded them up and took them home! I took a few photos and considered painting them.
I love painting furniture but I passed on painting them because my time is so limited I really have to pick and choose what and when I paint. I placed an ad on Facebook Marketplace and 3 days later
Voila! Sold!
$100
That's how I turned $10 to $100!

Can you imagine if I painted it? It would have added so much more value!
Here is how "Home on Fern Hill" used her mirrored treasures in her lovely home. And notice her French Table...eeehem...sorta like the ones that were sold above. I would say that it was definitely a score and may not happen every time! But if you keep those eyes peeled like I do it will happen soon for you too!
